Privacy Policy

• Your files and text stay on your device. The tools on Qwikora run inside your browser. The files you open and the text or numbers you type are processed locally and are not uploaded to Qwikora servers.
• No accounts. You do not need to sign up, so we do not hold a user profile for you.
• Optional cookies are off until you say yes. If the site uses analytics or advertising, the related scripts load only after you give consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

Every tool, including the PDF tools, the image compressor, the calculators and the word counter, does its work with code running in your browser. We have not built any upload feature: there is no server endpoint on Qwikora that receives your files, your text or the values you enter into a calculator.

Because of this, we cannot see, copy, recover or delete the content you process. When you close or refresh the page, what you entered or loaded is gone from the page. Results you download are saved by your browser to your own device.

The code for the tools (including the libraries used for PDF and image work) is delivered from this website itself rather than from a third-party content delivery network.

Server logs

Like almost every website, Qwikora is delivered by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, standard server and network logs are typically created, which can include your IP address, the date and time, the address of the page requested, the referring page and basic details about your browser and device. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. How long the host keeps them is set by the host's own policies.

Messages you send us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to improve the site. Please do not send files or sensitive information by e-mail.

Qwikora uses your browser's local storage for two small items. Local storage stays on your device until you clear your browser data; it is not sent to us with each request.

Both items are needed to make the site work the way you asked, so they are treated as necessary storage. They do not contain what you type into the tools.

Beyond the necessary storage above, Qwikora may use two optional categories, and only if the site owner has switched them on:

• Analytics to understand which pages and tools are used.
• Advertising to show Google AdSense ads.

When either is in use, a banner asks you to Accept all, Reject non-essential or Customise, with the same prominence for accepting and rejecting. Nothing optional loads before you choose. If you do not choose, or you reject, the optional scripts do not run.

Withdrawing consent stops the related scripts from loading on later pages. Cookies or identifiers that a provider has already placed in your browser are not removed automatically; you can delete them in your browser settings.

What is switched on for this site right now

If analytics is enabled and you allow it, the analytics provider collects information about how the site is used, such as the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your connection, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use it in aggregate to decide what to improve. We do not send the contents of your files or the values you type into the tools to the analytics provider.

The provider acts under its own privacy terms. Qwikora supports Google Analytics 4 and Plausible Analytics, and only one of them can be active at a time.

If advertising is enabled and you allow it, ads are provided by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, limit and measure ads, and depending on your settings and region, to choose ads based on your interests or earlier visits. Ads are labelled "Advertisement" and appear outside the tool itself.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. We do not control the ads that are shown and do not endorse the advertisers.

Some pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies before you share information with them.

Qwikora is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information held about you, such as asking what we hold, asking us to correct or delete it, or objecting to certain uses. Because we do not run accounts and do not receive your tool content, the personal information we hold is usually limited to e-mails you have sent us and server logs kept by our host.

To make a request, write to us using the address on the Contact page. We may need to confirm it is really you before acting on a request. You can also use the cookie controls above and your browser settings at any time.

We keep the site simple on purpose: with no accounts and no uploads there is little personal data to protect. Our hosting provider and any optional third-party service you allow (analytics or advertising) may process information in other countries than your own, under their own terms.

If we change how the site handles information, for example by turning on analytics or advertising, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change needs your consent, we will ask for it again.
