These terms apply when you use the Qwikora website and its tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use Qwikora lawfully and fairly. In particular, you will not:

• use the tools to process material you have no right to use, or for any unlawful purpose;
• try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• use automated means to scrape or send large volumes of requests to the site;
• copy, resell or republish the site, its design or its text as your own;
• remove or hide advertising labels, notices or attribution that appear on the site.

The calculators, converters and other tools give general-purpose results based on the values you enter and the formula described on each tool page. They are not professional advice and may not match the figure an official body, lender, bank, employer or tax authority would produce. You are responsible for checking results before you rely on them. See the Disclaimer for more.

The file and text tools process your content in your browser; it is not uploaded to Qwikora servers. You keep whatever rights you already have in your content, and we claim none.

You are responsible for having the right to use any file you process, and for keeping your own backups. Always keep the original of anything important before you compress, merge or convert it.

The site's design, text, logo and original code belong to the Qwikora site owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for your personal or business purposes, and link to the site, but you may not copy the site itself or present it as yours.

The site uses open-source software libraries. These remain under their own licences, which continue to apply to them.

The site may show advertising from third parties and may link to other websites. They are outside our control, we do not endorse them, and your dealings with them are your own. Their terms and privacy practices apply to you when you use them.

Qwikora is provided free of charge and we aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that results will be suitable for your needs. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Qwikora site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
